Terms and Conditions
1. Eligibility:
The Lycon Beauty Challenge (“Competition”) is open to participants who are either affiliated with a beauty salon or spa or possess the necessary beauty certificates. Participants must be of legal age in their country of residence. Participants must be located within the UAE region.
2. Entry Period:
The Competition begins on the 21st of November 2023 and ends on the 21st of December 2023. Entries submitted after the specified period will not be considered.
3. How to Enter:
To enter, participants must follow @Lycon_Me on Instagram, tag their salon or spa in the comments, and share a photo or video featuring themselves using a Lycon product. Entries must include the hashtag #lyconchallenge and tag @Lycon_Me. Additionally, we encourage participants to showcase something unique or funny about why they love Lycon in their video or post. Whether it’s a hilarious anecdote, a creative twist, or a unique application method, let your personality shine through!
4. Verification:
To be eligible, participants must be from a beauty salon/spa or have the necessary beauty certificates. Participants must be located within the UAE region. Winners must provide their trade license / Freelance certificate.
5. Prizes:
One female and one male participant will be selected as winners. Each winner will receive an exclusive Lycon hamper!
6. Winner Selection:
Winners will be selected based on creativity, originality, and adherence to the competition guidelines. The decision of the Lycon Beauty Challenge judging panel is final.
7. Content Usage:
By entering the Competition, participants grant Bare Beauty Company UAE the right to repurpose and feature their entries for marketing and promotional purposes.
8. Notification:
Winners will be notified via Instagram Direct Message within 7 days of the competition end date.
9. Publicity:
By entering, participants agree to allow Bare Beauty Company UAE to use their names, images, and submitted content for publicity purposes without additional compensation.
10. Instagram:
This Competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. Participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to the Competition.
11. General Conditions:
Bare Beauty Company UAE reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Competition at any time, and is not responsible for any late, lost, misdirected, or incomplete entries.
12. Agreement to Official Rules:
Participation in the Competition constitutes full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules.
