For eyelashes, apply Lycocil Protective Gel directly on the top eyelid. Also apply to Lycocil Protection Papers before they are placed on the lower eyelid. For eyebrows, apply Lycocil Protective Gel with a cotton bud to the area immediately surrounding the eyebrows.
